If you want to have protection by PBR or trademark indicated in the lists, you can contact your national representative (see contact for more information). Standard registration forms for adding protection indications to your protected cultivars or trade names are available here. You have to mention your PBR- or trademark nr. and mention the countries in which the plant or name is protected. The information on PBR and trademark protection as published in lists, is the sole responsibility of the owner of the protection, not of ENA, nor the European Plant Names Working Group, nor Applied Plant Research.

Indication of USA Plant patent is not possible at the moment.

The closing date for sending forms to indicate PBR or trademark protection is past. Sended forms will be handled for recording in the list of names 2010.
